Ingredients

    The ingredients you need to make delicious egg rolls are 4 eggs, whole wheat flour dough, a peeled cucumber, and 2 finely chopped green chillies.

    Additionally, you need 2 tbsp of vinegar, a sliced onion, salt as per taste, chaat masala and 2 tsp of red chilli sauce.

Chilli vinegar

    This recipe is straight from Sanjeev Kapoor’s Kitchen. Add green chillies and vinegar in a small bowl and keep it aside.

Roti

    Take a little dough, make a large roti (flatbread), and cook it on a non-stick tawa until it gets a little brown on both sides. Set aside the roti.

Batter

    Prepare a batter of egg whites and salt in a bowl and whisk well. Afterwards, heat the non-stick tawa pour a few drops of oil on it and wipe it with tissue paper.

Cook

    Now, pour the batter onto a non-stick tawa. Place a roti on top, pour leftover egg white over it and cook till done, flipping occasionally.

Roll it

    Now add onions to cooked roti along with a little chaat masala, cucumber and chilli sauce, ketchup and a little chilli vinegar. Roll it tightly.

Serve

    Serve delicious egg roll with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
