Keema Pav

    It is a signature Parsi dish most loved by non-vegetarians. Minced mutton pieces are cooked in spices and tomato gravy. It is served with pav, onions and lemon.

Kanda Poha

    Kanda poha is flattened rice tempered with mustard seeds, turmeric powder, onion slices, peanuts, peas and green chillies. It comes garnished with coriander leaves.

Bhel Puri

    Bhel puri or sev puri is a plate of puffed rice topped with chopped onions, tomatoes and potatoes, chaat masala, sev and tamarind, garlic and green chilli chutneys.

Ragda Pattice

    This dish comes with pav and misal, a mix of curried lentils topped with chopped onions, poha, potato bhaaji and tomatoes. It has a spicy taste.

Pav Bhaji

    Stalls in Maharashtra serve pav with a coarse bhaji, a mixture of many veggies and spices, topped with the goodness of butter and chopped onions on the side.

Vada Pav

    Vada pav is a food item that you can consume on the go. Pav comes with green and red chutneys spread on each side and aloo bonda in the middle. Each bite is flavourful.
