    Esha is a gym rat. She performs rigorous exercises at the gym and is very particular about her workout sessions as well.

    She loves lifting as this helps to keep her muscles toned. She does weight training for 30 minutes and for cardio, she runs on the treadmill for 45 minutes.

Morning essential

    Esha begins her day with a glass of warm water and her morning meal is dry fruit laddoos. She also consumes a cup of black coffee every morning and also in the evening between 4-5 pm.
