Soon after, she got messages from her father who had learnt about the whole thing. She shared the screenshot and captioned it, "What getting disowned from father looks like."

Udita Pal's father texted her, “Can we talk? Urgent.” He further went on to ask, “You know what you did?”, “You cannot hire people from matrimonial sites. What to tell his father now?”
Udita Pal's father further asked, “I saw your message. You gave him an interview link and asked for his resume.” To these messages, Udita Pal replied, “7 years of fintech experience is great and we are hiring. I am sorry.”
