Actress Sridevi’s demise came as a huge shock to the nation some five years ago. The news gave a jolt to the Bollywood industry. The rage and anger she feels because of being slapped by her lover is expressed through dance and how beautifully! With teary eyes and in a black monotone outfit, she dances her heart out. In the instrumental song, she recollects the intense feeling of being slapped by her lover and puts it into her dance performance.

Lamhe: Morni Baaga Maa Bole


Morni Baga Maa Bole is a song that got massive popularity because of Sridevi’s graceful dance moves. Amidst a desert, donned in a yellow and blue lehenga; Sridevi danced with such grace that it left the audience mesmerised. Her expressions were simply charming and she danced gorgeously. Decked in heavy jewellery, the actress looked stunning. The song is shot amidst the sand dunes of Rajasthan. She danced with such grace that it left the audiences in awe. People who didn’t know her became her fans after this performance and people who were already her fans fell in love with her! 

Chandni: Mere Haathon Mein


This song went on to garner great popularity at its time. The film Chandni was appreciated by one and all. Sung by Lata Mangeshkar, the song managed to strike a chord with one and all. It became one of the most played songs of its time. Such was the craze for this song. To watch Sridevi is nothing less than a delight. The song added much charm to the film Chandni and it entertained the audiences thoroughly. The audiences loved Sridevi for her mesmerising performance. She grooved with so much allure and beauty that it was impossible to take eyes off of her.
