Reports suggesting Shweta Tiwari and Abhinav Kohli's separation were doing rounds for a while but both of them rubbished the rumours and said that they are very much together. However, now, as per the latest reports, Shweta Tiwari has filed a complaint against Abhinav Kohli for domestic violence and abuse. The actress was snapped at the Samta Nagar police station with her daughter Palak.

As per reports, Shweta shared to the police that Abhinav used cheap language and verbally abused stepdaughter Palak after drinking alcohol. Abhinav was called to the police station the same day and questioned about it. However, Shweta has decided not to take any legal action ahead in this matter.
