For over a week, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are making headlines because of a separation rumour. It all started when a self-proclaimed ‘overseas Censor Board’ member, Umair Sandhu, tweeted, ‘BREAKING! Everything is not OK between Deepika Padukone & Ranveer Singh.”
Just a tweet created a series of lies, and news outlets left no stone unturned to find a scoop to establish these baseless rumours. However, recently, Singh posted a throwback picture on Instagram that has put all of this to rest.

In the Instagram post, Singh was standing in front of the poster of Padukone. He was in all praise and support of the love of his life.
His caption read, “I just had to #throwback #cannes #proudme Have a great show today, baby!”
Actor Mouni Roy, Ammy Virk and other celebrities also commented with heart emojis. They supported the actor and appreciated him for brushing off all these rumours.

For an event, Singh graciously donned an all-pink pantsuit with a loose fit. He posted a series of images on Instagram.
However, a few of us missed but Padukone commented ‘edible’ on it. It seems as though she quashed these rumours before even Singh posted the above image.

All of this started after the IIFA awards. However, people forgot that this year, Singh gave a heartfelt speech on the stage when he received the Best Actor award. He even went backstage to bring Padukone in the front.
He said he could not believe that he was living out his dream. He thanked the audience for allowing him to be an actor and showered him with love. He called his parents and sister God.
At the last, he said, “Mere ghar me Lakshmi hai (There is Goddess Lakshmi at my home). Here is the secret to my success. He then went backstage, brought Padukone to the front and dedicated his award to her lady love.
