Ranbir Kapoor’s New Look Leaked From ‘Animal’ Sets, Fans Go Gaga

Ranbir Kapoor, who recently had his first child with Alia Bhatt, is back in action. The actor has reportedly resumed shooting for his next film Animal. This is his first film with the director Sandeep Reddy Vanga, who directed the films that created equal amounts of rage and outrage, Kabir Singh and Arjun Reddy.

Kapoor’s new film will see him alongside Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, and Bobby Deol. Being made under the banner of T-series in collaboration with Bhadrakali Pictures and Murad Khetani’s Cine1Studios, the BTS pictures of Kapoor from the sets have gone viral online.

The photos present Kapoor in a rugged avatar with blood smeared all over his face and clothes. He is wearing a white shirt and it seems that he has gained some weight for the film. He is also sporting long hair and a full-grown beard, and fans have gone gaga over his intense look. Till now, numerous photos have been leaked.

In April, Kapoor and Mandanna were seen shooting for the film in Manali. The co-stars were in ethnic attire and were being guarded by security staff. While Kapoor was dressed in a white kurta, Mandanna wore a red and white saree.

Undisclosed plot

The plot has not been disclosed yet, but several reports state that Animal will showcase a troubled relationship a young man has with his father. The Hindi-language crime drama will portray Kapoor in an all-new avatar, playing a dark and intense role. It is slated for release on August 11, 2023.

For those who might not know, Parineeti Chopra was to play the leading role against Kapoor, but the actor backed out of the project due to which the makers roped in Mandanna to take up the role. Chopra was to play Kapoor’s wife in the project, but she exited because of other commitments, including Imitiaz Ali’s much-awaited Chamkila.
