
Move over difficult and tedious ways of peeling the garlic! A new video has surfaced online that makes the otherwise strenuous and boring task seem like a short jog in the park. A new video, showing how to peel a clove of garlic in mere seconds using a paring knife has gone viral on social media, with people exclaim that they never knew that there was such a simple hack for it.

A Twitter user, @VPestilenZ shared a video of a swift and fast technique of peeling garlic which left a number of home cooks in awe, with many even attempting or promising to use the hack themselves.
As someone who makes a lot of Korean food, this is the best method for getting garlic peeled!

The video shows a pair of hands easily removing each clove of garlic from the peel before placing it in a bowl, using nothing but a small knife which is being used to impale the clove from the bottom.
Since being posted, the video has been viewed around twenty million times, with over four lakh likes and a little more than a lakh re-tweets.

One user tweeted that knowing the hack would have helped him more garlic over the years. He posted, "Not sure how I never knew about this. I lament when I consider how much more garlic I could have used during all these years had I only known of this technique."
Victoria Yeates, who is known for her role in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald too tweeted "Life changing," to the video. She also wrote, "I canβt believe Iβve been wasting all that time. Iβve never been this excited to make dinner."
