This dish can be ready in just half an hour. To prepare it you need to heat the oil on a tawa and some pieces of kaleji along with all the spices. Let it cook for some time, then add some water. After a few minutes, add onions, green chillies, and coriander leaves. Cook for some time and then switch off the flame. Your tawa kaleji fry is ready to be served.

Ingredients

  • Few Coriander Leaves
  • 250 Grams Liver
  • 4 Tbsp. Oil
  • 3 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Few Pinches Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ Tsp Cumin Powder
  • ½ Tsp Chat Masala Powder
  • ½ Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 3 Green Chilies

Instructions

Step 1
Take a tawa and add oil. After the oil is hot, add small pieces of kaleji. Saute it well. Keep turning it while cooking.
Step 2
Add ginger garlic paste. Saute well. Lower the flame and add turmeric powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, chat masala powder and salt.
Step 3
Add some water. Keep mixing it well. Cook on medium to low flame.
Step 4
After cooking it for 10-15 minutes, add green chillies and coriander leaves along with 2 chopped deep fried onions. Mix it well.
Step 5
Sprinkle some garam masala powder and mix well. Switch off the flame.
Step 6
Tawa kaleji fry is now ready to be served.
