This mouth watering dish is made with semolina, curd, coriander leaves, onion, carrot and curry leaves.
Start with heating mixing curd and rava in a bowl. Then add chopped onions, grated carrot, salt, chopped coriander leaves, and green chili paste. Mix well and keep it aside.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves in it. Let them crackle for a few seconds. Make sure you keep flame low otherwise tadka will get burned.
Pour this tadka to the batter and mix well.
Next, heat paniyaram pan and fill each section with half a tbsp ghee and batter. Let them cook on medium-low flame. Flip them until they turn golden yellow in colour.
Serve them hot with coconut chutney.
