All you have to do is take all the ingredients in a blender, blend, spread, freeze, and voila!

Blend all the ingredients in a blender till they all combine and there are no lumps left. Make sure the mangoes are finely blended.
Spread it across an ice tray evenly. Form one layer of the batter that you have prepared and don’t over-pour. If you have batter left then wait for the next batch.
Let it freeze for two hours.
Then take the tray out of the freezer and cut the ice cream at even intervals along the breadth of the tray.
Scrape out cuttings using a pastry dough scraper gently from one end to the other end of the tray. This will automatically shape the frozen ice cream into rolls.
Carefully pick each roll and place it in a nice bowl and enjoy it before it melts!
