Moreover, it is enriched with grated coconut, chopped dry fruits, red cherry and crumbled milk peda. Rabdi Lassi Recipe

Here is the step-by-step process to make Rabdi Lassi at home: 

Step 1: Take a blender and add ice cubes, curd, and sugar to it.

Step 2: Blend the ingredients thoroughly. 

Step 3: Take a glass and add Rabdi and dry fruits. 

Step 4: Now pour the blended Lassi into the glass. 

Step 5: Again add Rabdi and garnish with coconut powder and cherries. 

Step 6: Serve it chilled.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1/2 cup rabdi
  • 2-3 spoons sugar
  • Dry fruits (Cashew
  • almonds and pistachios) chopped
  • 1 tsp Coconut powder
  • Dry cherries for garnishing
  • some ice cubes
  • 1/2 glass Water

Step

  1. Step 1:

    Blend ice cubes, curd and sugar in a blender.

  2. Step 2:

    Add rabdi and dry fruits in a glass.

  3. Step 3:

    Pour lassi into it.

  4. Step 4:

    Add rabdi again and garnish with coconut powder and cherries.
