In a bowl, add peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, and minced garlic (garlic can be skipped too as per choice).
Mix all the ingredients together until you get a smooth paste. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water if the paste is too thick to get a thinner consistency since the peanut butter dressing is likely to get thicker on refrigerating.
Do a taste check and adjust the seasonings to your taste.
Transfer to a glass container and refrigerate for a few minutes. Peanut butter dressing is ready for use.
For further use, store in the refrigerator in an air-tight container.
