- Take 1 1/2 cups of your preferred type of pasta, and pour it into a saucepan brimming with water, 2 tablespoons of oil, and a pinch of salt.
- Let it boil till al dente (semi-cooked), meanwhile, prepare your sauce.
- Take your chosen vegetables and chop or dice them as per your preference.
- Take a frying pan and heat some olive oil in it. Add your veggies to the pan and toss them till they get tender for the sauce.
- In a pot or saucepan, pour the fresh tomato sauce and cook it on medium flame.
- Add your preferred amounts of white pepper, ground pepper, and sea salt (approximately ½ teaspoon each). Now add oil, sugar (optional), and other seasonings of your choice, and mix them well.
- Add the sauteed vegetables to the sauce and let it cook on medium flame until it boils.
