  • In a separate nonstick pan, heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Add garlic and sauté for a minute.
  • Mix in the spring onion bulbs. Then add mushrooms, yellow and green zucchini, mix. Cook for a minute.
  • Now, add the chicken. Stir. Then add the broccoli florets, carrot, and baby corn. Cook for a minute.
  • Stir in the chicken stock, salt, and pepper powder. Stir in the remaining sesame oil and corn flour slurry, then mix until the sauce thickens.
  • Pour the cooked mixture over the noodle bed and garnish with spring onion greens. Serve hot!

  • Small green zucchini cut into triangles 1/2
  • Noodles 200 grams
  • Button mushrooms quartered 4-5
  • Boneless chicken sliced 100 grams
  • Broccoli separated into small florets and blanched 8-10
  • Small carrot peeled
  • blanched and cut into cubes 1
  • Baby corn diagonally sliced 4-5
  • Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Spring onion bulbs finely chopped 2
  • Chicken stock 1 1/2 cups
  • Sesame oil 1 tablespoon teaspoon
  • Garlic finely chopped 1 tablespoon
  • White pepper powder to taste
  • Cornflour slurry 2 tablespoons
  • Spring onion greens chopped for garnish
