  • 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ Cup Oats
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • ¼ Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Baking Soda

  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
