This is an extremely easy recipe which can be tweaked as per liking. I have used condensed milk but you can even reach for some organic honey or simply skip it and later just sprinkle some brown sugar powder. For seasonings, the fruits and confectionary are your oyster. I prefer toasted almonds but you can add your favourite berries as well. Since it was for weight loss, the lesser the better. The process involves your patience, a lot of freezing and excitement for the result.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Condensed Milk
  • 5 Ripe Bananas
  • 3 Tsp Matcha Powder

Instructions

Step 1
Cut the banana into small pieces and freeze them for 3 hours.
Step 2
In a food processor, blend them until mashed and then add the other two ingredients.
Step 3
Blend to make a soft serve and then again freeze for an hour or so to bring it to a harder consistency.
Step 4
Serve with a garnish of bananas or mint leaves or even roasted almonds if you like.
