Ingredients

  • 10-12 broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons hung curd
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground spice
  • 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 2 tablespoons green chutney

Step

  1. Step 1:

    Start by blanching the broccoli florets in hot water for around a minute or so.

  2. Step 2:

    Once done, transfer the florets into the cold water for allowing them to remain fresh and moist.

  3. Step 3:

    Begin prepping the marinade. In a bowl add hung curd, red chilli powder, ground spice, salt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, and a drizzle of oil.

  4. Step 4:

    Mix broccoli in it and place the bowl in the refrigerator to let your broccoli marinate for 1 to 2 hours.

  5. Step 5:

    Preheat oven at the highest temperature (225 C) for 5 to 10 minutes. Grill the broccoli florets.

  6. Step 6:

    Lastly, sprinkle some chaat masala and your tandoori broccoli is ready to be served with green chutney.
