Ingredients

  • 250 gm cooked boneless chicken cubes
  • 60 gm oil
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds powder
  • 1/2 tsp kasoori methi
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 cup onion grated
  • 1/2 cup tomato pureed
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 50 gm fresh cream
  • salt to taste

Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and then add cumin seeds and the onion to saute till they turn brown.
Step 2
Add your freshly made tomato puree and cook till the oil starts coming on to the sides.
Step 3
Add the red chilli, cumin powder, kasoori methi, and garam masala.
Step 4
Stir in the chicken and mix well so that all the spices and puree coat the chicken well.
Step 5
Now keep it on low flame for 15 minutes till it cooks and then remove from flame.
Step 6
Pour the cream over the top.
Step 7
Mix well, garnish with some coriander and serve hot.
