How To Make Kesar Badaam Lassi?

  • In a small bowl, combine two tablespoons heated milk with the saffron strands. Mix well and keep it aside.
  • Next, combine cold milk, sugar, almonds, pistachios, yoghurt, and the saffron mixed milk in a blender. Make a frothy lassi and blend until smooth.
  • Garnish the lassi with chopped pistachios and almonds and serve chilled!

  • 1.5 cup yoghurt (curd)
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp pistachios
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp almonds
  • 1 Pinch saffron


  • Step 1 :

    Combine two tablespoons warm milk and the saffron strands in a small bowl. Mix well and let the saffron strands get soaked in milk. Keep it aside.

  • Step 2 :

    Next, in a blender, combine the cold milk, sugar, almonds, pistachios, yoghurt, and saffron mixed milk.  Blend until smooth to make a frothy lassi.

  • Step 3 :

    Serve the lassi cold and garnished with chopped pistachios and almonds.
