Roti Pizza or Rotizza is a hybrid dish that combines leftover roti with vegetable toppings. This is one of the easy and healthy ways to enjoy pizza at home. The best part is that you don’t have to source anything or any special ingredients from outside for this mouth-watering dish.

How To Make Roti Pizza?

Here is the step-by-step process to make roti-pizza at home:
Step 1: Take a leftover roti and spread a generous amount of butter or cheese on it.
Step 2: Chop onions, capsicum, tomatoes, green chillies, and spring onions for toppings.
Step 3: Meanwhile, boil potatoes and keep them aside.
Step 4: Now, spread tomato sauce or pizza sauce (as available) over the cheese layering and add the chopped vegetables.
Step 5: Layer chopped boiled potatoes, corn, and paneer cubes.
Step 6: Sprinkle herbs such as oregano and chilli flakes as per taste.
Step 7: Take a frying pan or tawa and put some butter on it.
Step 8: Place the prepared roti on the tawa and cover it with a lid.
Step 9: Let it cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Step 10: Your roti pizza is ready. Cut it into four pieces and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces roti / chapati
  • pizza sauce as needed
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoon onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoons capsicum sliced
  • 4 tablespoon corn boiled
  • chilli flakes as needed
  • oregano as needed
  • 2 tablespoons Green Chillies sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Spring Onions sliced
  • 4 paneer cubes
  • butter
