Allow it to boil for 7 to 8 minutes over medium heat. Make sure the mangoes have turned soft.
After that, add the sugar and mix everything well. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes more.
After that, drain the mango syrup and set it aside to cool.
Then, in a grinder, grind them until they get a smooth and fine texture.
Then add the mango pulp to the sugar syrup. Mix well. Sieve the pulp.
Now pour in the cold water. Allow it to cool in the refrigerator.
