How To Make Korean Tomato Basil Sandwich

Here’s a simple step-by-step recipe to make Korean Tomato Basil Sandwich:

Step 1: Take two bread slices and spread basil pesto evenly on both slices. You would need to spread two teaspoons for each slice. You can also use mustard mayo sauce on one slice of the bread instead of the pesto.
Step 2: Now, take a slice of cheese and put it on one slice of bread. Meanwhile, chop red cabbage, tomato, iceberg lettuce, and onion and keep it aside.
Step 3: Add 2-3 slices of lunch meat to the bread slice.
Step 4: Sprinkle ⅓ cup of pickled red cabbage on the sandwich.
Step 5: Now add two slices of tomato with one pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 6: Add four onion rings and chopped iceberg lettuce on the slice of bread.
Step 7: Finally, cover the sandwich with another slice of bread.
Step 8: Cut the sandwich in half and enjoy.

  • 1 Slice American Cheese
  • 2-3 Slices Turkey or Chicken
  • 4 Raw Sweet Onion Rings
  • 2 Slices Tomatoes
  • ⅓ Cup Pickled Red Cabbage
  • 2 Leaves Iceberg Lettuce
