How To Make Korean Rolled Omelette

Korean Rolled Omelette

1. Whisk the eggs together in a bowl. Add the green onions, carrots, sesame oil, salt, and pepper and whisk until well combined.

2. Heat the vegetable oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, pour in a thin layer of the egg mixture. Swirl the pan to coat the bottom evenly.

3. Using a spatula, lift one end of the egg and fold it to the opposite side. If the bottom is browning, lower the heat or move the pan temporarily out of the heat.

4. Fold the portion you just raised once again. To place more egg mixture on the round end, pull the egg to the rolled side. Spread the remaining half of the egg over the uncovered area.

5. Lift the folded portion and fold it one more when the egg addition has set.

6. To make a roughly 2-inch egg log, pull the egg to the rolled side and continue the process with the remaining egg.

7. Take out of the pan and allow it to cool for around five minutes. Cut the egg into thick, even slices that are about an inch thick.

8. Serve and enjoy it with your favourite drink.
