  • Heat some oil in a pan, add garlic and saute on a high flame for a few seconds.
  • Add spring onions, capsicum, carrot and cabbage. Saute for 30 seconds.
  • Add schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup and salt. Mix well and cook on high flame for a few seconds.
  • Remove from the flame and transfer it into a deep bowl. 
  • Add the fried noodles and toss well.

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Fried Noodles
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Tsp Finely Chopped Garlic
  • ¼ Cup Finely Chopped Onions (White & Green)
  • ½ Cup Thinly Sliced Capsicum
  • ½ Carrot (Shredded)
  • ½ Cup Shredded Cabbage
  • ¼ Cup Schezwan Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Tomato Ketchup
  • Salt To Taste
