Kutchi Samosa Lasaniya Bataka Nu Shak
Ingredients
- ½ tsp chopped garlic
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- ½ cup chopped tomato
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 ½ tsp coriander powder
- 6-8 pcs boiled baby potato
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 4 pcs kachchi samosa
- 3 tbsp cream
- 2 tsp mava
Method
- Take a non-stick pan; heat oil on medium flame.
- Add cumin seeds; after crackling of cumin seeds.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, after translucent onion;
- Add tomato puree cook for 10 minutes.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and cumin powder cook it well.
- Add some water after reducing water.
- Add cream, mava, and potato cook for while.
- At last, add samosa pieces mix it well.
- Transfer into a serving bowl.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and samosa piece.
Khichdi Sizzler
Ingredients:
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 2 ½ tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp chopped garlic
- ¼ tsp chopped green chilli
- ½ cup chopped tomato
- 1 ½ cup boiled green moong dal
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1 cup rice
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 5-7 curry leaves

Ingredients To Gathiya Sabzi
- 2 tbsp oil
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ½ cup chopped tomato
- 1 tsp chopped green chilli
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ cup gathiya
- 1 cup curd
- 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Salt as per taste
Ingredients Curd Sauce
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 6-8 curry leaves
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- Garnishing
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 ½ tsp coriander leaves
- Spicy sev
Method Masala Khichdi
- Take a thick bottom pan; boil water put the soak rice and cook until it gets almost done.
- Strain and keep aside.
- Take non-stick pan heat oil
- Further, add cumin seeds, green chilli, garlic and onions sauté till translucent.
- Add chopped tomato, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder cook till oil spread.
- Add boiled dal; bring it to boil; add cooked rice and mix properly.
- Set the seasoning; cook till dal and rice merged well as consistency like Khichdi.and pour in a serving bowl.
Method For Gathiya Sabzi
- Take a non-stick pan; add oil and heat on medium flame.
- Add garlic, onion, green chilli and sauté on medium flame.
- Add chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt as per taste; stir continuously.
- Add gathiya, beaten curd, water and mix well.
Curd Sauce:
- Take another pan; add ghee, mustard seeds; when start crackling adds curry leave.
- Add beaten curd pinch of turmeric powder, add hot water to set the right consistency.
- Set seasoning, finished with Coriander leaves.
- Heat a sizzler plate;
- Place them on their respective wooden tray.
- Arrange half of the masala Khichdi and another side half of the Gathiya Sabzi.
- Pour curd sauce over it.
- Garnish with melted ghee, coriander leaves, spicy sev and serve hot.
