To make this scrumptious breakfast dish, put besan, salt, ajwain, onion, chopped tomato, green chillies and water in a bowl. Mix well and make a smooth batter. Keep it aside.
In a bowl, add paneer, black pepper, coriander leaves and mix them together.
Heat one tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. Pour the batter and spread around evenly to give it a round shape. Allow it to cook nicely from one side and then gently flip it over and let it cook from the other side as well.
