Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup besan
  • Salt as required
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup grated paneer
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/4 tsp ajwain
  • handful of coriander leaves
  • Water as required

Step

  1. Step 1:

    To make this scrumptious breakfast dish, put besan, salt, ajwain, onion, chopped tomato, green chillies and water in a bowl. Mix well and make a smooth batter. Keep it aside.

  2. Step 2:

    In a bowl, add paneer, black pepper, coriander leaves and mix them together.

  3. Step 3:

    Heat one tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. Pour the batter and spread around evenly to give it a round shape. Allow it to cook nicely from one side and then gently flip it over and let it cook from the other side as well.

  4. Step 4:

    Now, grab a spoon and take some of the paneer mixture and put it in the chilla.

  5. Step 5:

    Fold the chilla and transfer it on the serving plate. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
