- Cooked Quinoa
- 2 cups
- Cauliflower florets
- 2 Cups
- All purpose flour
- 3 tbsp
- Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp
- Garam Masala
- 1 tsp
- Salt as needed
- Oil to deep Fry
Step
- Step 1:
Wash cauliflower and cut in small pieces.
- Step 2:
Prepare the kofta mixture by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Step 3:
Heat oil in a pan and fry koftas.
- Step 4:
Serve hot with chutney.

- Cooked Quinoa, 2 cups
- Cauliflower florets, 2 Cups
- All purpose flour, 3 tbsp
- Red chilli powder, 1 tsp
- Garam Masala, 1 tsp
- Salt as needed
- Oil to deep Fry
Quinoa Kofta Recipe

- To clean cauliflower florets, soak them in hot salted water for 10 minutes. Then, rinse them under running water to remove any impurities. Finally, use a clean cotton cloth to gently pat them dry and remove excess water.
- In a blender, grind Cauliflower florets coarsely.
- Mix together the coarsely ground cauliflower, quinoa, all-purpose flour, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt with your hands until everything is well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small kofta balls, making sure they're tiny so they can get crispy on the outside when fried.
- Take a deep bottommed flat pan and heat oil.
- When the oil is hot, carefully add the koftas and let them cook for a few minutes until they're golden brown. Flip them over to cook evenly on all sides.
- Serve them hot with spicy tangy chutney or sauce.
