Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to make a grilled garlic bread cheese sandwich:

  • Start by heating a pan over medium heat and adding a tablespoon of butter. Let the butter melt and add a tablespoon of finely chopped garlic.
  • Saute this for two minutes and keep the mixture aside. 
  • Take a bread slice and put it in the same pan. Add one and a half tablespoons of cheese to the slice.
  • Next, add half of the butter and garlic mixture to the bread and sprinkle with some salt and pepper. 
  • Put another tablespoon of cheese over it, and cover the bread with another slice.
  • Let the sandwich grill on both sides for a minute until each side turns golden brown.
  • Add the rest of the butter and garlic mixture to both sides of the sandwich as you grill it on the tawa.
  • Your easy garlic bread cheese sandwich is ready! Enjoy it with ketchup or mayonnaise.

  • 1 Tablespoon Of Finely Chopped Garlic
  • 5 Tablespoons Of Grated Processed Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Of Butter
  • 4 Slices Of Bread Salt To Taste

Step

  1. Step 1:

    Add 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic and a tablespoon of butter on a pan.

  2. Step 2:

    Let the butter melt and saute the mixture for 2 minutes and keep aside once done.

  3. Step 3:

    Put a slice of bread on the same pan.

  4. Step 4:

    Add a tablespoon of grated cheese, salt and pepper and half of the garlic-butter mixture.

    Add another layer of a tablespoon of grated cheese and put another slice of bread on top.
