Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 300 Gms Cut Broccoli
  • 2 Whole Red Chillies
  • A Sprig Of Curry Leaves
  • A Pinch Of Hing
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 50 Gm Freshly Shredded Ginger
  • 2 Tnsp Chopped Garlic
  • 20 Gm Tamarind Which Has been Soaked In Water & Strained
  • Salt & Other Seasonings As Per Taste

Step

  1. Step 1:

    In an iron skillet, heat oil and roast mustard, curry leaves, hing, and cumin.

  2. Step 2:

    Let the seeds splutter and then add in the garlic and ginger and saute until they are light brown.

  3. Step 3:

    Next, throw in the broccoli and stir fry until al-dante.

  4. Step 4:

    As the last step, add the salt and tamarind and let the dish come to a boil. Serve hot.
