To prepare this delicious snacks recipe, mix crushed garlic with butter to make the garlic butter. Now, take the multigrain bread slice and spread it on both sides.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Sprinkle some grated mozzarella cheese on each slice. Make sure that the cheese is properly set on the bread slices and is not falling off.
Next, sprinkle some salt, chilli flakes, oregano, and black pepper on each slice.
Transfer these slices to a baking tray, and place it inside a preheated oven. Bake them at 200 degrees Celsius for around 7-8 minutes or until it starts turning golden brown in colour.
