Ingredients

  • 200 gm chopped chicken
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 medium sized chopped onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp garlic paste
  • salt as per taste
  • a pinch of black pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup refined oil

Step

  1. Step 1:

    To prepare this delicious nonveg starter, start with mixing chicken, garlic paste, onion, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Once done, mince the mixture and refrigerate it for about 1 hour.

  2. Step 2:

    Meanwhile, beat eggs in a separate bowl and keep it aside.

  3. Step 3:

    Take small portions of the minced mixture and prepare small nuggets out of it.

  4. Step 4:

    Coat these nuggets with flour then dip them in beaten eggs and then in breadcrumbs.

  5. Step 5:

    Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Fry these nuggets in it until they turn golden brown in colour.

  6. Step 6:

    Once done, transfer the nuggets onto a serving plate and serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
