- 15-16 Green Chilli washed and slit in half
- ½ cup Curd
- 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
- ½ tsp Red
- Chilli Powder
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 pinch
- Asafoetida
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp Oil
- Salt
- ½ cup Water
Step
- Step 1:
Heat oil and add asafetida, cumin, and fennel seed.
- Step 2:
Add turmeric powder, and green chillies and let it cook.
- Step 3:
Add red chilly powder, coriander powder and dry mango powder.
- Step 4:
Cook for two minutes, then add dahi.
- Step 5:
Let the gravy get thick.

- Take a deep pan and heat the oil.
- Once the oil is a little hot, add asafetida, cumin, and fennel seed and let it cook a bit.
- Now add turmeric powder, and green chillies and cook for a few minutes.
- Once the texture of the chillies changes, turn the heat to medium-high. Add salt and mix well.
- Next add red chilly powder, coriander powder and dry mango powder.
- Add water and mix well. Cover and let cook for 2 minutes on low heat.
- Increase the heat to medium and curd a little at a time while stirring continuously.
- Keep cooking till the gravy gets thick. Your delicious side dish is ready to savour!
