  • 15-16 Green Chilli washed and slit in half
  • ½ cup Curd
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Salt
  • ½ cup Water

How StepTo Make Quick And Easy Dahi Mirchi Recipe

  1. Take a deep pan and heat the oil.
  2. Once the oil is a little hot, add asafetida, cumin, and fennel seed and let it cook a bit.
  3. Now add turmeric powder, and green chillies and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Once the texture of the chillies changes, turn the heat to medium-high. Add salt and mix well.
  5. Next add red chilly powder, coriander powder and dry mango powder.
  6. Add water and mix well. Cover and let cook for 2 minutes on low heat.
  7. Increase the heat to medium and curd a little at a time while stirring continuously.
  8. Keep cooking till the gravy gets thick. Your delicious side dish is ready to savour!
