Creamy and delicious!
In a kadhai, add milk and cream. Stir well.
Next add mik powder and keep stirring occasionally.
When the milk start reducing, add sugar to it and stir.
If the milk has turned creamy, take off flame.
Add chocolate chips to the milk. If you don't have chocolate chips, you can add chocoalte chunks also. Let chocolate dissolve in milk properly.
Add some vanilla extract and mix again.
Take kulfi mould and transfer mix to it. Top with some chocolate chips or chunk.
Freeze till the kulfi sets completely.
Insert ice cream sticks and un-mould. Top with some nuts and chocolate sauce. Serve.
