Ingredients For Chocolate Bingsu

  • 2 cup Almond milk
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • Topping
  • 3 oz Dark vegan chocolate chips 85g, a variety if you like
  • 1 scoop Vegan vanilla or chocolate ice cream
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • 6 tbsp Condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp Date syrup Can substitute it with any syrup
  • 4 oz Brownie 114g, Optional

Note: You’ll need a Ninja Creamy Ice Creami Machine to prepare this dessert.

How To Make Chocolate Bingsu

  1. Mix almond milk and date sugar in a Ninja Creami container, then freeze for 24 hours to create a frozen milk base with a shaved ice consistency.
  2. For homemade chocolate syrup, combine 6 tbsp condensed milk, 2 tbsp date syrup, and 2 tbsp cocoa powder; mix until smooth.
  3. Remove the pint from the machine and gently scrape out the almond milk bingsu base, using a gentle touch to preserve its flaky texture.
  4. Assemble your Bingsu by placing the almond milk base in a bowl, sprinkling with chocolate chips, and adding brownie blocks if desired. Drizzle with homemade chocolate syrup, top with your favorite ice cream, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
