Ingredients

  • 2-3 medium sized bananas
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 5-6 walnuts
  • 1 chocolate bar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Step

  • Step 1 :

    Add peeled bananas in a bowl and mash them well.

  • Step 2 :

    Now add cocoa powder, milk and vanilla extract to the bowl.

  • Step 3 :

    Whisk properly, until everything is combined together.

  • Step 4 :

    Now add chia seeds to the bowl and give a final whisk.

  • Step 5 :

    You will notice the mixture getting thicker instantly.

  • Step 6 :

    Cover the bowl with aluminum foil and place it in the fridge or freezer for 1-2 hours.

  • Step 7 :

    You can serve the pudding in a bowl or mason jar by garnishing it with banana pieces, crushed walnuts and grated chocolate.
