Ingredients

  • 8-10 chopped baby corns
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon grated ginger
  • salt to taste
  • ½ cup cooking oil
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • ¼ cup chopped spring onion
  • ½ chopped onion
  • ½ chopped capsicum
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • ½ tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce.

Step

  1. Step 1:

    Place a wok on the stove, grease it with oil and add green chilli, ginger and spring onion.

  2. Step 2:

    Sauté well and add onion, tomato, capsicum. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Step 3:

    Then add tomato sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, pepper, and salt.

  4. Step 4:

    Mix well and sauté for a minute.

  5. Step 5:

    In a bowl, add ½ cup water and cornflour, mix using a spoon.

  6. Step 6:

    In another pan, add oil and fry baby corn for 2-3 minutes.

  7. Step 7:

    Pour cornflour slurry in the wok and let it cook.

  8. Step 8:

    Then add fried baby corn in the wok.

  9. Step 9:

    Once cooked, garnish with coriander and serve in a serving bowl.
