Ingredients

  • 1 Mashed Ripe Banana
  • 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3-4 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • A Pinch Of Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup

Instructions

Step 1
In a mason jar, add the banana, seeds, cinnamon and vanilla extract and you can also add honey for more sweetness.
Step 2
Mix well and place in the fridge overnight or for a few hours.
Step 3
Once it thickens, garnish with banana slices or berries or even toasted nuts and serve.
