1. Curd
Fresh plain curd is one of the best probiotic food that you can add to your diet this monsoon. Curd contains beneficial bacteria, which help balance digestion and support gut microbiome.
2. Buttermilk
A glass of fresh chaas (buttermilk) during the day, is a healthy choice during monsoon season. It helps you keep hydrated and also helps ease bloating and heaviness. Light in drinking, it can also help you keep full for longer time.
3. Ginger
Ginger is being used in Indian households for ages, and is considered a superfood that must be consumed during cold days, or rainy season. It helps beat nausea, supports digestion and relive bloating after meals.
