  • Gate Timings: Box-tally and pick-ups usually begin by early afternoon (between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM). Arena gates usually open between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM. It is advisable to arrive at least two hours prior to the commencement of the event for necessary security and wristband verification.

  • Wristband Pick-Up: Wristbands are mandatory. Tickets in digital format will not be enough to enter the arena. Your government-issued photo identification must be ready along with the QR Code of the booking.

  • Re-Entry Rules: Re-entries are not allowed under any circumstances. If your wristband is scanned and you move through the gates, then exiting means loss of the ticket itself.

    Special traffic diversions have been set up by the Delhi Traffic Police on the arterial roads connecting the stadium area in the central and southern parts of the city. Congestion is bound to take place during the evening rush hour from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM and after the concert from 10:30 PM to midnight.

    • Use the Delhi Metro: The best and most efficient way to avoid the chaos on the roads is by using the metro rail. One can use the Violet Line to get to the stadium gate directly. Make sure you have enough balance on your metro smart card or purchase digital QR tickets through the DMRC app for the return journey.

  • Road Closure and Dropping Point: There is a restriction on parking private vehicles near the stadium area. If travelling by cab or auto, one should be dropped at least 500 meters away from the designated drop-off point.

    The security measures for the venue are very strict. The items you should avoid carrying to the frisking booths are as follows:

    • Prohibited Items: Outside food, disposable or metallic water bottles, power banks, lenses/DLSRs, selfie sticks, umbrellas, heavy bags, perfumes in spray form, lighters, cigarettes, and coins.
