Swara’s going the Banarasi saree way isn’t the first of its kind. Frankly, a lot of our Bollywood beauties have been patrons to this quintessentially Indian bridal clothing trend. Anushka Sharma and Deepika Padukone picked traditional banarasi sarees for their reception and wedding looks respectively. Both the actors went full Indian bridal glam with the saree, gajra, kohl and symbols of suhaag look. Other Bolly beauties who adorned Banarasi sarees while they said I do are Dia Mirza, Vidya Balan and many more. Also, who can forget Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in her gold Banarasi saree number.
