No matter how balanced you thought your diet has been, sometimes you get hit with midnight cravings that you just can't resist. You try to distract yourself with mobile phones or something else but it doesn't work. So for your ease, we have compiled a list of some quick snacks which will satisfy your midnight hunger.

1. A vegetable sandwich

Take some slices of cucumber, tomatoes and potatoes on a slice of bread. Now, spread some mayonnaise. Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes on top. Top it with another bread slice and here you go, your delicious meal for the night is ready to fill your stomach.

2. Yoghurt Parfait

Yoghurt Parfait won't take much of your time and fill your stomach the right way. Just combine the available fresh fruits in your kitchen and crunchy granola in your yoghurt. Your perfect parfait is ready. Fill your stomach with this delicious snack and satisfy not just your stomach but also your taste buds.

3. Roasted Makhana

Makhanas which are also called Fox Nuts have many health benefits and roasted makhanas make a perfect healthy snack. For this, you just need to get some makhanas in stock and roast them. After it's done, top it with some chaat masala or other spices of your choice. Your snacks for the night will be prepared just like that.

4. Fruit Chaat

Cut all the fruits available in your kitchen into small slices, Combine them and top them with chaat masala. You can also add more things you like in it like honey and maple syrup to add a sweet taste to it. Tadaa! A tasty yet healthy bowl of food is ready to hit your stomach.

5. Oatmeal 

Oatmeal is a very healthy option for your midnight snack but to make the perfect oatmeal you have to follow some directions. Take oats in the ratio of 1:2, 1 being the oats and 2 being milk. Now, cook the oats in milk on a stove for about 10- 12 minutes. Make sure you don't overcook them. Once it looks prepared, remove it from the stove and drizzle it with maple syrup or honey or some chopped fruits. You can add granola also. Enjoy the delicious and super healthy midnight snack.

6. Oats Pancake

Prepare a delicious oatmeal pancake for a satisfying meal. All you need to do is take some oats, grind it in a blender and mix it with 1/2 tbsp baking soda. Now mix egg, a dash of salt. 1/4th cup of milk and some vanilla extract along with oats mixture. Spread the batter out on a nonstick pan and cook until golden brown, then flip to the other side.  The pancakes will be prepared in under 15 minutes.
