1. Coffee Island's Greek Menu

Café culture in Delhi is increasingly about food as much as coffee. Coffee Island’s Greek-inspired menu offers dishes associated with Greek homes, bakeries and cafés.

What To Try: Dakos Salad, Koulouri and Spanakopita, Kourabiedes brings the buttery richness of an almond cookie dusted with icing sugar, while Karidopita offers a walnut cake soaked in aromatic syrup.

2. Red's cocktail menu built around red ingredients

Delhi’s Red has introduced a cocktail menu inspired by red-coloured ingredients. Tomato, pomegranate, amaranth leaves, watermelon, salmon, plum and chilli form the basis of individual drinks.

• What To Try: Amaranth Blush combines amaranth leaves with vanilla, hazelnut and almond. Salmon-tini takes a savoury route with salmon, elderflower and a tobiko olive, Wine Soaked Pom uses pomegranate reduction with wine, mandarin and ponzu, while Rouge Orchard combines apple, celery and mint.

3. Perilicious – Smash Burgers & Grills

The menu centres on smash burgers and grilled dishes, alongside rice bowls, loaded fries, chicken tenders, desserts and house-made sauces. Newer additions include smashed tacos, hot dogs and small plates.

Vegetarian diners can try the Mushroom Melt burger, while the grilled dishes and rice bowls offer more substantial options.

1. Japanese tempura at TK’s Oriental Grill

TK’s Oriental Grill at Hyatt Regency Delhi has announced a dedicated tempura menu running from October 21–31, 2026.

The menu includes Assorted Mushroom Tempura, Lotus Root Tempura, Sweet Potato Tempura and Rock Corn Tempura, alongside Eel Tempura, Chicken Tempura and Rock Lobster Tempura.

The dishes are served with traditional tempura sauce and green tea salt, allowing the ingredients’ flavours and textures to remain central to the experience.
