Do not skip the moisturiser during bed time. And as you age, you need a day cream but you need a night cream as well. It also contributes to keeping your skin younger.
Turn Off Your Electronics
Please switch pff your tablet, laptop, smartphone, TV and light bulbs like LED which emit blue light, and delay the release of melatonin which inturn keeps you awake till night. Replace blue lights in your room with bulbs that emit more of natural light.
Exercise Regularly
Exercising regularly is a very important and healthy habit which ultimately leads you to a healthy beauty sleep.
