Morning Routine For Skin
Begin with cleansing your face with a herbal cleanser. Massage skin for five minutes with a natural massage cream. Look for creams with ingredients like turmeric, saffron and essential oils that are great for your skin. Once the massage is done, wipe your face with a moist cotton pad. Next, apply a face pack prepared using a mix of almond powder and wheat flour. Add in some orange juice. Apply this face mask for 10 minutes and then wash.
Apply a blend of olive and almond oil in equal quantities all over the body, give a gentle massage for 7 minutes and then head for your shower.
Evening Routine For Skin
The expert suggested that it is essential to cleanse the skin twice a day. She further suggested applying a night cream depending on your skin type and issues before going off to sleep. For that natural glow on the skin, she shared that one must ensure that they sleep for a good eight hours.

Ubtan For Glowing Skin
The expert shared a natural recipe for glowing skin on Valentine's day. She shared that one can use a homemade ubtan on their face for a beautiful glow.
- Milk Powder
- Saffron Paste
- Cashew Paste
Mix all the ingredients well and apply over your face and neck. Keep for a few minutes and then wash off with normal water.
Hair Care Ahead Of Valentine's Day
Women often skip following any hair care regime before Valentine's Day. It is a good idea to oil your hair an hour before bath. You can use henna along with triphala on your hair to exfoliate your scalp. Henna paste should be washed off an hour after application and it is suggested to avoid using shampoo on your hair.

Our expert further shared that women must head to the salon for basic services like waxing, manicure, pedicure, facial wax, bleach or face steam. These will further add up to the glow and confidence on Valentine's Day.
