The video posted by the actor about her hair care routine has already garnered lakhs of views within a short span.

She began by sharing that it is very important to maintain a healthy diet and have enough water for achieving good hair and skin. She suggested some useful tips to her viewers and even shared a secret oil and mask recipe that she prepares herself for dealing with dull and dry hair especially after using too many styling tools and products.

According to the kalank actress, after consulting your doctor you can also include certain vitamins in your diet like biotin, Omega 3, fish oil capsules which are good for your hair.

Hair Oil

  • Take ½ cup of coconut oil
  • Then some 15-20 curry leaves
  • Take 1 tsp of methi (fenugreek) seeds
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • How To Prepare It?
  • Put the ingredients in a pan and bring it to a boil
  • Once it is boiled remove it from the flame
  • Now, strain it directly into a glass bottle or bowl
  • You can store this oil for up to two days

How To Apply?

  • Once the oil gets cool down you can directly apply it to your roots and strands
  • Massage the oil properly on the scalp in circulation motion

  • Then put 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey

Madhuri advised her audience to directly apply the mask on washed hair and always use a shower cap to prevent dripping. The 53-year-old concluded the video by giving the final advice of keeping the mask for 30-40 minutes and washing it off with normal water and shampoo. Although, she said that you can skip the conditioner after the wash as the elements used in the mask makes the hair soft and lustrous naturally.
