Hair volume

Hair comes in a variety of textures, lengths, and types. Healthy volume for one person doesn’t necessarily mean healthy volume for another person. Increase the volume of your hair. Here are some tips for adding volume to your hair:-

Balance Diet

Beautiful hair is shiny, has strength and elasticity, is neither too limp, nor too dry. The texture is silky smooth with body and bounce. In other words, it is well balanced. This delicate balance can be easily upset by various factors, like products, styling procedures, pollutants, as well as neglect and abuse. Regular hair care involves treatments that can restore balance and maintain the good health of the hair. A diet that is low in nourishing value, lack of sleep, an inactive lifestyle, stress and illness, are all recognized on the skin and hair. Hair is nourished by nutrients found in the bloodstream. That is why both nutrition and good blood circulation are extremely vital for promoting growth and adding body and shine. Have a small bowl of sprouts daily, as it contains amino acids, one of the most important nutrients for the hair.

conditioning powder

Hair Conditioning

Hair conditioning is one of the most significant strategies to improve the appearance of our hair. Conditioning also helps to nourish the hair, so that it looks good. An important function of a conditioner is to make the scales of the cuticle smooth so that the hair looks shiny and voluminous. Conditioning your hair regularly can assist with dryness, split ends, and brittleness. For hair that has been dyed, coloured, straightened or permed, conditioning is most important, as these chemical procedures generally make the hair dry, weak and brittle. Conditioning helps to improve the texture and look of the hair. However, for oily hair and dandruff conditions, hair rinses, rather than conditioners, help to add volume to the hair.

Many natural ingredients are ideal for adding thickness and body to the hair. One of these is Henna, a powerful natural conditioner. It can coat the hair shaft and thus provides thickness, body and strength to the hair. Make sure that you use decent quality henna powder. Henna leaves a reddish-brown colour, as everyone knows. However, henna does not colour black hair but lends it attractive highlights. Henna should not be applied to hair that has been coloured with chemical colourants, as it may disrupt the colour.

Henna is a superb conditioner for the hair, with preventive and regenerative properties, which is one of its key advantages. Chemical lotions affect the chemical structure of the hair, but henna does not. Instead, henna has the proficiency of coating each hair shaft, thus adding strength, thickness and body to the hair.  It is also a powerful natural cleanser. It cleanses without disturbing the natural balance. This is one of its greatest benefits. It makes hair look healthy, clean, lustrous, and manageable. One of the best benefits of using henna is that it is safe, without the toxic effects of chemical lotions. As a result, it's nature's hair conditioner.

Conditioning Powder

Precious dry herbs blended with henna are also available, as a conditioning powder. To this powder, one can add water to make it a paste and apply it to the hair like a pack. For conditioning, it should be left on for about half an hour.

Add Castor Oil

To add volume and shine to dry hair, take two tablespoons of castor oil, the juice of a lemon and one teaspoon of glycerin. Add one egg. These ingredients should be well mixed. Massage this into your scalp and hair as well. Wash your hair after half an hour. Rinse well with water to eliminate all residues.

Adding Volume To Limp

To add volume to limp, oily hair, soak a cup of broken “moong” dal overnight.

Then, in a mixer, blend it with enough water to produce a smooth paste. Part the hair into parts and apply the product so that it covers the entire head. After half an hour, rinse your hair well with normal water.
