All you need for this cleansing and hydrating scrub is a teaspoon of both bitter gourd juice and cucumber juice. Mix them together and apply the scrub on your face in a gentle circular motion. Once done, wash off your face with normal water and gently dab it with the towel to dry it.
For Smooth Skin
This face-pack will help replenish the moisture in your skin leaving it smooth, supple, and hydrated. You can prepare this face-pack by adding 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel, 3-4 slices of bitter gourd, and 1 teaspoon of honey to a blender. Mix it well and apply this paste on your face. Leave it on for 15 minutes before washing it off with warm water.

Turmeric and Neem have anti-inflammatory properties which can help keep acne at bay. Grind a few fresh neem leaves, with a bitter guard, and add just a dash of turmeric to the mix. Apply this face pack on your skin with the help of a cotton pad. Leave it on for about 10-15 minutes, before washing it off.

For Glowing Skin
If you want to have smooth, glowing skin, this face pack is just for you. All you have to do to make this face pack is mix a handful of neem and basil leaves with a bitter gourd and 1 teaspoon of milk. Apply this face pack on your face and leave it on for around 15-20 minutes, or until the pack has completely dried. Wash it off with normal water and pat towel dry.
