“Sun exposure and heat can sap out the moisture leaving your hair brittle and prone to breakage. Make a mask with yoghurt to add moisture, honey a humectant, to attract and retain moisture and olive oil which is rich in antioxidants and nourishing fatty acids. Leave the mask on for 30 minutes. Afterwards, rinse it out thoroughly with a gentle shampoo to remove any residue that could cause itchiness,” concluded Ritu.
